Hotel Majestic has its glorious times long behind. It is a beautiful building which badly needs investment to preserve it for next generations of guests. With its good location downtown, easy access to tourist attractions, spacious rooms, nice ( Moroccan) decore, fine breakfast ( wait until 8:00, that is when the kitchen has hot dishes ready 😁), it is a very good choice on Casablanca. Also, the reception staff, Maud in particular, should be mentioned as the hotel asset.

Located on the Atlantic Ocean, the cosmopolitan Cassablanca is the largest city in Morocco although Rabat is the political capital. This colorful city features lively traditional markets and narrow streets full of spices and aromas.
Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Hassan II Mosque has the tallest minaret in the world. Made of hand-crafted marble, this beautiful mosque blends the Islamic architecture with Moroccan elements. Heads up for traveling with a baby - Moroccans don’t have...
Heads up for traveling with a baby - Moroccans don’t have regulations about baby safety in the car and some cars even don’t have car seat belts to attach the car seat properly. The air in Casablanca is very polluted, I had a migraine which was gone only on the plane. The traffic is chaotic and you have to watch out for cars when crossing the street. The main attraction is Hassan mosque - and it’s worth staying nearby. The taxi from / to airport is very expensive so the best if you travel just for a day is to take a train and pick an accommodation within a walking distance from the train station (it arrives in the city center). La Corniche has a lot of beggars. For food I recommend to download Glovo delivery service - also the first delivery is going to be free. The food is amazing there. The summary - stay there for a day and move on to other Moroccan cities / towns.

Nice beach city with enough restaurants to get different...
Nice beach city with enough restaurants to get different flavours. We were happy with the cost we spent and overall had a great time. If you decide to rent a car, get ready for difficult traffic conditions specially in toll highways. Do bring your own sunscreen as that is very expensive to buy. Visit the mosque with a 1 hour guide which should cost 20€ per person not more. Well worth the visit. Take a taxi to the old Medina market. All the bargains are available there. Several malls, but international brands are more expensive than in Europe.

The Hassan 11 Mosque was by far the most interesting...
The Hassan 11 Mosque was by far the most interesting attraction in Casablancca. There were also good views of the coast and lighthouse and some interesting murals near there.
The small taxies and trams were good ways to reavel around the city.
Ricks Cafe looked like a tourist trap with very pricy meals.
Choubi a restaurant , straight across the round about from the hotel was a great BBQ restaurant with large tasty heplings at very reasonable prices. We went there after noticing a constant stream of locals eating there and weren't disappointed. The staff didn't have much English and no English Menu but took us to large refrigerated meat display and we could choose our own type of meat or chicken.

Only selected areas of the city are worthwhile to visit.
Only selected areas of the city are worthwhile to visit. Most of the city appears to have flourished up to the 1970s as many buildings are from that period - now mostly run down. Lots of litter on the road and traffic participants regularly violate the rules - in particular motorists passing through red lights.
Better to stay in Rabat which is a very clean city in comparison, and perhaps visit Casablanca on a day trip only.
Attractions of Casablanca are few: Habbous quarter, Hassan mosque and of course the Rick's Cafe.

The train station/tram is very good ,I enjoy riding them.
The train station/tram is very good ,I enjoy riding them. I have problem eating from restaurant as the opening are quite hard. What I mean about hard is the timing for opening is not for a morning person. Pack extra dress for winter. My french sucks and arabic is not good also so there is a language barrier you have to overcome.

Never been photographed by so many ?chinese ever
what fun
watch out for the taxi´s,no way to avoid , just accept the pain and do not screw up your coronaries!!!just laugh and pay
you can walk everywhere takes time but the mosque is a must see
We had a family room at this hotel. Huge, comfortable room with additional storage space for bags etc and large bathroom. We were initially given a room which smelled of cigarette smoke (I did not think to specify a non-smoking room when booking), but this was quickly rectified when mentioned to the staff and they immediately gave us a non-smoking room. Great pool, a gym and good breakfast. Short taxi ride to the Hassan II Mosque and Morocco Shopping Centre. Also a great beach club nearby.
The staff were absolutely great! Hazem at the reception, Ayoub at the restaurant, the persons who cleaned the room, down to the gardener who kept the grass green were just fantastic!
Hotel is not in the middle of town, which is a good thing. It's right next to the highway that connects ten minutes by car to the city, twenty minutes to the airport, ten minutes away from the Oasis train station, and the gateway to all cities in Morocco.
Highly recommend this hotel.
Friendliest staff in all of Casablanca. While in Casablanca I got mugged and had my cell phone got stolen. This was on the first day of my Morocco trip. Omar the concierge was an absolute gem, he took me around town on his bike the next day to help me buy a new phone. I can’t thank him enough. The rooms are spacious, good value for money. The breakfast is excellent, you also have a great view of downtown Casablanca from the terrace.
Very friendly staff, clean rooms and beds, AC was working but couldn't adjust temperature (only warm/cool), ok location near old town and plenty of restaurants nearby. Had the chance to book a double room for 29€/night which is awesome price for this hotel.
7 min walk from a Carrefour with alcohol, which is good as finding alcohol shops in Morocco is an issue 🍺 (Carrefour Express Casa Av. Hassan Seghir)
The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, offering a restful night’s sleep after a day of sightseeing. The modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room enhanced the overall experience. Thank you so much DeepMoroccoTours.com
Location was great next to Casa port Station. Room was good size for Ibis. Very clean. Staff were super lovely and welcoming on reception. Hotel chambermaid was very sweet.
Big shopping centre 10 minutes walk, Hassan 2 mosque 25 mins. Can get bus 5 to both or Morocco mall.
Shower was very powerful I liked this as felt very clean after.
All is good, as the ratings I gave above. It's particularly worth mentioning - so great to see this hotel has a sizable swimming pool and it is indoor, the only real size indoor swimming pool that I came across during my two-week trip touring around Morocco, what a pleasant surprise!
The best hotel you can find in Casablanca. Lovely staff and helpful people. Exactly as described in pictures, clean and neat. Also, they have their own parking and restaurant . I would absolutely recommend it for anyone coming to Morocco.
Stayed there 2X during my visit to Morocco. 1 time I booked through Relais et chateaux . 2nd time I resv through booking’com and was treated like a 3rd class citizen. I will never resv a hotel thru Booking.com again
Really got a great old school vibe of Casablanca in the center of everything. But mainly, the staff Saadia gave amazing tips on where to eat and see and was the most hospitable person i met during my travels in Morocco.
Very nice personnel, big, nice, cozy and clean apartment with coffee, coca cola and water which we did not find in any other 4-star hotel during our Morocco trip (stayed in 4 of them). Very satisfied!
Everything
Our stay was perfect, the spacious apartment, cleanliness, location, staff, everything.
It was a great end of our nice trip to Morocco and I would definitely come back to this apartment
I have stayed at many hotels in Casa and across Morocco but this one had the BEST breakfast in terms of quality and variety. The staff is also very attentive and nice. The room was well decorated.
friendly staff, good location, clean and brand new. Modern with kitchen you can use. After so lang staying in Ryad it’s nice to feel back to modern society. very lovely breaks in Morocco.
A great hotel with a very good location, tasty breakfasts and very nice stuff. The only hotel where we returned once more during our trip in Morocco, and it definitely worths it!
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was amazing. One of the best sleeps and showers I’ve had in all of Morocco .
